Specialties Of Raid Data Recovery

RAID Data Recovery is one of our specialties, among other recovery services. RAID stands for the Redundant Array of Intelligent or Inexpensive Disks, which speeds up the hard disks and increases its reliability by preventing a loss of data. A RAID system is the best system to increase speed as well as enhanced data protection compared to non-RAID drive systems. If more than a few of your drives fail in a RIAD array, you are in trouble. We understand how critical your situation is and we can help with your raid data recovery problem.

ACR raid data recovery has the capabilities to recover the data from every RAID Array architecture that there is (RAID 0, RAID 1, etc). Our expert data recovery engineers can handle nested, spanned, mirrored or striped arrays in our professional labs, regardless of the platform (Mac, Linux, windows, NAS), size, configuration or interface (SAS, IDE, SATA).

Before you get any raid data recovery service, you should have a basic understanding of the different levels of a RAID system.

RAID Level 0 – makes use of striped Disk Array that does not support Fault Tolerance: it provides striping of data of every file on multiple disks without any redundancy. This basically improves the performance but does not protect against a drive crash. So it means that if one of the drives fails then all the data in the array gets lost.

RAID Level 1 – utilizes the concept of mirroring as well as Duplexing providing disk mirroring.

RAID Level 2 – has the Error-Correction Coding but is used rarely. It divides the data at a bit level instead of a block level.

RAID Level 3 – this raid level has a dedicated parity disk. It cannot respond to multiple requests at the same time so it is also rarely used.

RAID Level 5 – utilizes the Block Interleaved Parity that provides data division at a byte level with error correction. This RAID level offers excellent performance with fault tolerance and so it is the most common RAID array you will see.

There are other RAID levels like RAID 4, RAID Level 6, RAID Level 0+1, etc., but are not used very often. The previous levels are what are most common.

Our engineers are experts in raid data recovery and you can expect nothing more than the highest level of service. Our Labs maintain and are regularly upgraded to the most current equipment and techniques for recovering data from hard drives and RAID arrays. Our data recovery engineers have the experience in handling whatever RAID Array system you may have. So, rest assured no matter how complex your raid data recovery situation may be, we can get it back as long as it still physically exists on the RAID array.

I need some RAID data recovery help?

I need RAID data recovery services for my setup at work and at home. Should I do this myself? If so, how? If not, which company should I use?

If your RAID array has failed, if it is already powered off then make sure it is left so. You are best leaving it to a professional company. RAID data recovery services and RAID recovery are stuff these guys seem to specialize in.

Retrodata were the first company ever to offer a penalty “cash back” in the event they are unable to recover a RAID that has suffered from logical damage, including rebuild failure, controller failure or firmware updates.

RAID Data Recovery Software From A Failed RAID Controller

RAID data recovery software can be a life saver when you least expect you will need it. RAID arrays are commonly used in server environments and by advanced computer users to increase speed or reliability of the disk subsystem. With more and more motherboards being supplied with RAID-enabled chipsets by Intel, NVIDIA, and VIA, RAID arrays are quickly gaining popularity athomes and in production environments.RAID 0,RAID 1 and RAID 5,etc is the common levels in our daily life.

Despite the advantages offered by RAID arrays, there are certain downsides as well. If the original RAID controller fails, it becomes hard or impossible to continue using the RAID array in its original configuration. In many cases, user files and data become inaccessible without the original or compatible RAID controller.

If your RAID controller fails and you need access to your data right away, consider using a specialized RAID data recovery software tool to recover files and data from the inaccessible array and putting the recovered files onto a single hard disk. In the market there are many RAID data recovery software tools and they make it possible for everyone to recover data and repair RAID arrays even without the original RAID controller. RAID data recovery software detects type, manufacturer and essential parameters of an array completely automatically in its default mode Experienced users can set or modify all configuration parameters such as array type, RAID controller, stripe size, and disk order.

Raid data recovery software can detect and repairs all types of RAID arrays including RAID 0, 1, 5, 0+1,RAID 5E and RAID 5EE completely automatically. Most RAID recovery tools support most dedicated RAID controllers in the market. Raid Recovery fully supports Microsoft Dynamic Disks and software RAID arrays in all configurations. Even if you don’t have the original RAID controller installed in your PC, or are running a version of Windows that does not support the type of Dynamic Disk you are about to recover, the professional RAID data recovery software that is out there will still detect and repair the array, allowing you to back up your files and documents into a more accessible place. Raid Recovery can save your files onto another hard drive, burn them onto a CD or DVD, or store them over a network.

RAID data recovery software. I need help to recover data from a deleted Mac RAID 0 set.

I have accidentally deleted (not formatted) my 400Gb striped RAID set on my apple mac. I have software that can scan each of the drives, so I know that all of my data is still there. What I need is to reconstruct the set to recover the data. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the prices that data recovery companies charge (I was quoted 400+ vat). Hence, I’m hoping that one of you knows of a non-destructive method, or application that I can purchase to do the job.

I appreciate all the replies that I receive here. You can try raid data recovery software.

Disk Data Recovery Revives The Dead In A Flash

Unlike cats that are given “9 lives”, without disk data recovery, our data, our companies, our livelihood are not so lucky.

Think of what it would take a major publishing house to recreate a magazine that they are about to release. It’s impossible. The complex task of reproducing such a vast amount of articles, pictures, and advertisements in such a short period of time is unrealistic. But disk data recovery can do just that: revive your data, your corporate image, and your job, in a flash.

How to get fired

The corporation who had lost a lot of their crucial data because the backups had not been validated daily, encountered a major business bind. Forget the short-term money to be lost. Think of the long-term business relationships that would have been compromised. That’s “mega bucks” forfeited. In this case, because disk data recovery had salvaged the data, only one person was ousted, fired, put on the chopping block to be beheaded, the technician whose job it was to check the back-ups regularly.

This corporation, who remains to be anonymous for obvious reasons, had been informed about do-it-yourself disk data recovery tools and the cheaper cost structure compared to data recovery services. But, because management did not trust the tech department as far as they could throw them at that point, they would not have anything to do with the technicians using any kind of disk data recovery software on their only data source. Relationships and millions of dollars were on the line.

Which would you choose?

As an individual or small company, you might not be as lucky to have the monetary resources available to make such a commanding decision on the spot. Disk data recovery software may be something you want to explore, if it can recover your data safely, while costing only a fraction of data recovery service, which is the case.

Disk data recovery tools range in pricing from about seventy-five dollars up to four hundred; services rendered will put you back several hundred dollars and can end up costing; many thousands, depending on the complexity of the problems and when you need the data back. Of course, there are situations where the only solution is disk data recovery service.

Insights you may not have thought about

One vulnerability that is not addressed often, and that is directly related to data loss and disk data recovery, is local back-up. Laptops are becoming more prevalent in the workplace, and so is disk data recovery because of it. Take a laptop away from the company server and now it has become a liability, unless you have taken the proper precautions.

Pre-installing disk data recovery software on a laptop that can automatically record every move you make, and having a convenient USB portable storage device as a quick back-up, ensures the greatest data safety on the road. While the popular operating systems have what I call, ‘pseudo file system protection’ built in, installing a disk data recovery program that quickly revives lost data – by protecting the property of future folders and files – is certainly the best data recovery method. Then, when you suddenly lose a file, pull out one of your ‘9 lives’, press the Meow-button, and kindly demand the file return intact, now.

Be prepared

In hindsight, everything is clear; but losing your job, your clients, because you forgot to confirm the backups when required, can be prevented. And when the situation is beyond your control, try disk data recovery software as soon as data loss occurs and call a service company for advice. Otherwise, your dead data may not be revived.

Data Recovery Hard Drive Tips And Choices

Data recovery hard drive says you need help. Maybe, you’ve tried every possible avenue to recover your data and it’s not working. Sure, we could get right down to hard drive recovery software and what they cost; or talk about hard drive data recovery services. But, since you won’t get another chance if things go wrong in this stage, some data recovery hard drive precaution tips are needed.

The Tips

The first rule of data recovery hard drive is to not use your computer that has the data you want back. The reason being is, the more you use it, the worse chance you have with hard drive disk recovery. The file system has a mind of its own, and will randomly execute a data destroy command to over-write your missing files.

What this specifically means is, unless you want data recovery hard drive to be a thing of the past – if you are currently using using the messed up drive – you should write down this website’s name, and come back to it on another properly functioning computer.

The second recovery hard drive mistake often made is downloading restore data software, or anything else, to the drive that is failing. This too can and will make your data disappear forever, when your computer commands it to do so – and you have no idea when that will happen

Finally, what’s the first thing someone usually does after not being able to find their missing files? Reboot! Yes, this is the most common data recovery hard drive error made. Like the first two blunders mentioned, your data has a higher risk of being lost in space when restarting your computer.

By the Way…

If you are curious, here’s why data recovery hard drive works: Contrary to popular belief, deleted and lost data isn’t actually gone; it’s usually just hiding. Technically, the index that points to the file’s actual location on your primary hard drive is what’s lost, not your data, which is what makes it possible to recover files from your computer in most instances.

Your Recovery Choices

Data recovery hard drive gives you two options to recover data: The cheapest and fastest one is a program you run by yourself; and when software won’t do the trick, you have the option of seeking professional assistance to do it for you. Sometimes, there are severe enough problems that may cause you to depend upon a data recovery hard drive company from the start, like having a mechanically failing drive; or when you think the risk of possible financial lost outweighs you doing the recovery. Let’s start with the most cost-effective solution first.

Doing It On Your Own

You will first want to try a data recovery hard drive software, simply because of the cheaper cost structure and convenience. However, the variety and price range are vast enough that narrowing the choices to just a few may feel frustrating. But don’t worry, I am going to help you through that process right now.

While most people think that they need to know what happened to match the appropriate disk data recovery utility to the data loss situation, this is not necessarily true. I doubt you would be reading this far, if you knew you needed to recover deleted, lost, or a damaged file or file system. Instead, you would be downloading a data recovery hard drive solution and working towards recovering your files. However, if you haven’t got a clue what happened to your data, here’s what to do.

I Don’t Know Which One to Chose

If you cannot determine the cause of your problem, you can do two things. Start with one undelete utility to see if it works. Then, work your way through each level of data recovery hard drive software until you find the right one. If this doesn’t sound like much fun, if you do not know the various tier of utilities, or if you just want to get straight to the point, go to the strongest category which is called data recovery software.

Your Last Hope

You may find that data recovery hard drive programs may not be enough to resolve your lost data situation. If this is a must have situation, turning to a data recovery hard drive expert is your last solution. Sure, data recovery prices are more expensive for hard drive recovery service; but this is the end of the road in hd data recovery.

While data recovery hard drive service will cost you more money compared to software, when you are not sure what to do, or if you do not have the understanding to do data recovery hard drive yourself, call a data recovery hard drive specialist. Otherwise, you are putting your data at risk of being lost or damaged indefinitely.

Putting It Together

In data recovery hard drive, taking the right precautions is major factor in getting your data, because like I mentioned up above, the file can be over-written permanently without notice. Also, if you do not know how to address your situation ask us questions to be safe.

When faced with a failed hard drive data recovery situation, it’s important that you don’t mess with the media. Call an emergency data recovery hard drive center as quickly as possible. And if you find self-driven hard drive recovery tools does get the job done for you, consider your data recovery hard drive experience lucky.

File, file on the wall, who has the best file recovery software of them all? If I have to kiss Cinderella’s ugly step-mother to make that video file reappear, so be it. I’m begging.

David has just learned from a computer friend what file recovery software is and what it can do for him. He is a professional photographer that has just deleted his clients entire digital wedding production on his computer. His career, where nepotism and references are the cornerstone of new business in such a small town, is on the line.

Who is going to recommend David the ditz, who forgot to backup his business, who lost Mom’s and Dad’s baby girl’s dream? Right now, he is in the ‘dog house’ and file recovery software is about to recover his reputation.

The mistake happened like this

Mr. ‘D’ deleted the video data that was saved on his desktop while editing it. My first thought is, why would anybody save something so important there? Anyway, during the editing process, he invoked one of those obscure shortcuts in the program that we never mean to click; we do not even know what it does. When he told the pop-up to go away, he basically said to delete the file. And so, we received a phone call asking which file recovery software could recover his lost file; or if he should send it in for data recovery services.

You know the end of the story: the file recovery software recovered, “Yes, I do”, Mr. Ditz’s reputation, and the couple lived happily ever after. So, let us move on to you. Is this going to be a Cinderella story, or is the Grinch going to be the one who stole your data? That depends on what actions you have taken so far, and how well file recovery software works.

The most important factor

You need to know in using file recovery software is first do nothing. More permanent data loss happens in the first reaction hour after the problem occurs than at any other time, according to my two decades of experience in dealing with data recovery clients. Just don’t do it. Gather the facts, possible solutions, and then move forward with the educated intent of knowing what to do and how to use file recovery software.

Now that the lecture is over, let us do just that: Take a quick look at the actual programs which also has our competitor’s products. It’s our vote of confidence that our solutions are remarkable and we think a few more out can do the job too. Recovering your data is our highest priority.

Bookmark, because “where was that site?”

Now: download and do. After running a utility and previewing your files, go recover them. If that does work, click that bookmark and go get another file recovery software. You can even try a free file recovery product if you just need a deleted file recovery utility. In case nothing is working out, if you aren’t seeing your files using file recovery software, give us a jingle, because the wizards in the laboratory have magic wands to recover data.

Hard disk recovery is a lifesaver. It can save your music, movies, work files, and in this case, a job.

Incredible hard disk recovery stories pop-up every now and then, where data has been recovered from a laptop that was pulled from the bottom of a lake, or more dramatic, from a fire. The first thing that usually comes to mind is, ‘How is this possible?’ Let me tell you about a new hard drive story – a hard disk recovery story about how a job was saved with a laugh or two along the way. Then, we can get to hard disk recovery software, or whatever it takes to get your data recovered.

The story goes…

Our hard disk recovery customer was out of control, whaling like a baby. His boss had said that, ‘if the data is not recovered, pack your office up and find another job.’ I just love happy endings, especially when I’m involved; and I have already told you that his job was saved using my hard disk recovery services. That makes me a super-hero. But listen to how he lost his data.

The flash drive

Johnny be stupid: While he was on a vacation, he decided to take his laptop with him to do some work and to watch his videos. One free day, Jonnny decided to rent a boat with his girlfriend to take a little ride. Out in the middle of no-mans land where the ocean was blue and the girlfriend’s sails were down, he decided to take some footage of the scenery – boys and their toys.

My rescue hard drive service

After recovering all of Jon’s working data and his vacation videos to an external hard drive with my hard disk recovery drive imaging technologies and other disk tools, he told me what really happened. Nothing crazy, he accidentally dropped his macintosh laptop in the water when getting out of the boat. Boring, isn’t it? I was ready for some juicy story that I could live vicariously through for the next year. And that you could get a good laugh from.

The physical hard drive file

Well, I do have to admit one thing: Because some of the directory and file names were missing from the file listing that was provided after the hard disk recovery process was completed, I had to get permission from Jon to open up some individual files to check the validity of the data. That’s the only way I could guarantee the job. What I saw that day literally put new meaning to hard disk recovery.

Wild, wacky stories

Recoveries like this one abound in hard disk recovery companies; some funny, some not so amusing, and some that will make you laugh like a hyena. Come join us to learn some useful disk recovery software methods, having fun along the way. If you don’t have time right now, because you need to find a hard disk recovery utility, or would like to inquire about in-lab hard drive disk recovery service, understood.

Affordable Data Recovery Solutions To Relying On An Expert

Affordable data recovery is out there – be patient, do your research, and know what your solution options are before getting started. Specifically, your goal should be to find out whether you can use data recovery software yourself, or if you must rely on an affordable data recovery specialist.

Before seeking assistance

Getting affordable data recovery help means you have done this. You have first checked your recycle bin for your lost or erased file, and it still can’t be found; and you have also used the file search function, to see if you can locate a hidden file or an older version of the data to edit, which can save you a lot of time in creating the entire file again. If you have done this, let’s move forward.

Background info before you call

In cases where your files still exists, have been partially written over, or have been damaged, then you can usually utilize a affordable data recovery software to repair or recreate any and all files to their original state. Of course, there are cases where failure occurs, or where there are more difficult cases like trying to recover RAID, and email data recovery. But, the odds of a good recovery are on your side, if you do not have mechanical issues with your main hard drive.

If a service data recovery company says never use a utility by yourself, because it could damage your data, most likely they do not make them in the first place. In other words, they want you to be dependent on them in recovering files, instead of you doing it. This is because they make no money by advising you on software they don’t sell. Be careful!

When your data is inaccessible due to physical problems with your drive (e.g., a bad motherboard, old hard disk is damaged, clicking sounds, etc.), finding affordable data recovery help is a must. In short, you won’t be able to use a data recovery utility. An affordable data recover company can replace the specific problem part within your main hard drive; use a disk reader to extract the data; or utilize some other data extraction technique. This way the data can be read and recovered.

One last thing you should know

Most people do not realize that there are very few affordable data recovery services which know how to do the difficult cases. A typical response is most likely, how is this so with what seems like an endless number of results found for affordable data recovery. However, a brief explanation will cut your false findings into two distinct classifications of data drive recovery service, which will shed light as to why so few affordable data recovery experts are out there.

How to call a company

Asking one question when calling will drastically reduce the millions of affordable data recovery results into a small number of manageable organizations that can give the greatest chance to recover your data – does (company name) setup networks?

Any affordable data recovery service that’s real only specializes in data forensics, and recovering data. This means, if you inquire about any other computer related service, and the person starts asking for additional information to give you a quote, you may have reached an affordable data recovery company, but not one you want to trust with your data.

Yes, you can use one of these technicians nearby to help you by letting them use affordable data recovery software; but I warn you, get a bit-backup of your media before allowing them to try anything. In turn, if or when something goes astray you can call an experienced affordable data recovery technician to do the job.

Software Data Recovery Options To Consider

Luckily for all of us software data recovery are plentiful and prices are cheap, at least compared to there counterpart data recovery services.

However, as strong as the best software data recovery may be, if your drive’s problem is beyond the do it yourself programs (like when your drive is screeching or cannot boot to the desktop), there are professionals that can assist you in getting that all important file back in your hands.

Costless Solutions

Everybody wants to know about the free stuff, right? It’s out there and in special cases this software data recovery actually works, especially in accidental file deletion. However, before you get busy downloading any software data recovery utilities why not take a few minutes to double check the pre-installed file recovery functions on your computer? If you don’t understand, the trash can where you throw away files, may still have the files you have lost. You could also use the search utility to produce older saved versions of your files that you could edit to new.

Also, keep in mind that while software data recovery freebies sound great on the surface, most of time they don’t work well. If one does happen to give a partial result, it may take several attempts with a few different programs. Don’t just trust my word, try one or two free software data recovery solutions to confirm my findings.

Software For Sale

If you are unable to recover a missing or lost file with the built in software data recovery programs on your computer, or through a free recovery utility, don’t worry, because the most reliable solutions that recover the most data cost money. Just think, the best part about paying for something is that you know there is usually a higher standard of quality attached to it. Software data recovery is no exception.

Now our job is to find the best one at the best price for your situation, right? Start by looking at the software data recovery solutions on the products page. Multiple options from several reputable vendors are given, not just our own solutions. At least bookmark the page, so that if software data recovery come up short, you can immediately find information on the next data recovery step, without having to go through the search process again.

Professional Providers

Unfortunately, there are situations in which the pre-installed software data recovery utility on your computer, and in which all data recovery tools simply cannot resolve your problem. Rather than take more risky steps on your own that could worsen the situation, and perhaps render your data completely irretrievable, it is time to call a specialist. These experts can often recover files that you would think is impossible to get back using proprietary software data recovery and hardware devices.

Short and Sweet

Software data recovery never really comes to mind until the day comes when you accidentally lose the most important file of your life that you absolutely, positively need. If you are reading this far, you are probably at that point right now. Just remember, most of the time, you can do the job with these recovery utilities; and when they fail, you have services to back you up. Take a look at the software data recovery downloads to start your recovery.

Keep your drives out of the cleanroom with this data recovery tool.

Reverse-Clone…what is it?

Reverse-Clone – what is it?, is the never-ending question. Simply said, it is the process of cloning from the end of your media to the beginning of it. When your media is severely failing mechanically, “Reverse-Cloning” is often your last chance to extract raw data from it, without having to take it into a clean room. This unique technology, coupled with Cycle-Clone and Cycle-Image, surpasses any cloning or imaging technology available.

The Cycle-Clone process…

Cycle-Clone – surpasses standard sector cloning and imaging methods by not only creating an exact sector back up copy of any media type to a like media; but, it also automatically “cycles” into Reverse-Clone when confronted with mechanical issues, such as read errors, to extract the most raw data possible.

The Cycle-Image process…

Cycle-Image – creates an exact sector back up copy of any media type like Cycle-Clone, but the image is compressed (or uncompressed) into files. These files are either archived into “Split” files on a similar media, or “Spanned” onto removable media, such as a Zip.

For example, when writing to a media that is smaller than the Image file, the Image function automatically prompts you for additional media, breaking down the Image file into individual “Spanned” volumes. If you want to write to a Zip disk, simply change the default volume size (2GB or 2097MB) of the Image file to 100MB. At each 100MB interval, you are automatically prompted for additional media to store the Image files. In this case, you would continually swap Zip disks until the process is finished.

The main advantage of Imaging is to restore an exact physical sector copy of your original media, just in case the original or cloned media fails. Another advantage is that a portion of an Image file is easily restored, without having to wait for the entire Image to be restored. For example, if your attempt to edit the Boot Sector has dismal results, simply restore just the Boot Record to edit again.

The most common complaint…

The most common complaint clients have voiced until now is, the cloning and imaging process has taken too much time (and that once you have completed this process, you have had to spend twice as much time analyzing the problem areas of your data, before being able to recover it). Not anymore!

Media that has taken 4 to 5 hours to clone or image, now takes less than an hour. That’s over a 600% increase in speed, without loosing reliability. Better yet, the function within the new Media Tools Professional that analyzes the problem areas of your data, now works in conjunction with the Cycle-Clone and Cycle-Image process. This means, once the cloning and imaging process has been completed, you can immediately begin recovering your lost data.
